We at Brillantez Solutions provide a range of services that covers all aspects right from the starting phase of consultation services
right up to the product support (24x7) required for our BrillantEZ Hospitality Suite of solutions.
Consultation
This phase of consultation service is necessary to make sure the whole project is defined properly and aligned to your needs and
requirements. We believe that no one project is the same and each of our clients will have their own unique operational procedures. We
will do a thorough scoping of the project, covering the existing 3rd party solutions that is required to interfaced to our BrillantEZ
HMS, as well as evaluate if the existing hardware is suitable to perform on an optimal level with our solution.
Other aspects of our consulting services also include the customization of existing standard reports to meet the reporting standards
required by individual property.
System Implementation
Before the system implementation starts, our BrillantEZ HMS consultants will have laid out an Action Plan to include the implementation
schedule, training and live support upon cutover. The implementation team with their extensive years of experience in the hospitality
and IT industry, will be able to handle the project management effectively and efficiently. The ability to integrate disparate systems
seamlessly is another relevant skill brought by our team, giving the client the peace of mind that the project will proceed smoothly.
Lastly, we also help to liaise with your subcontractors at all stages of the installation, providing one central point of reference for
you.
Training
Our training programme is designed in such a way that we will minimize disruptions to the hotel operations from the staffing
perspective. The training will be conducted in a professional manner with constant feedback and communication between the trainer and
the staff. This is to ensure that the training curriculum stays relevant for the property as again we truly believe that no one hotel
process will fit for all. Thus, with the input provided by the hotel staff, our trainers who are equipped with much first-hand hotel
and hospitality industry experience will suggest suitable work flows to meet the existing hotel operating procedures..
Product Support
Our support team works round the clock with a 24-hr helpline to ensure that all our clients will have peace of mind, fully aware that
there is a voice to answer any question or issues faced. This also extends to email and remote access support as we believe no
question is considered too trivial or hard to handle.
Our constant upgrade of BrillantEZ HMS ensures your solution will always be updated with new features and reports, and this is done
seamlessly at the backend via remote support.
